FREQUENT QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
1. How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping cost with delivery in Italy is 7,00€ and it is free of charge on orders over 120,00€.
Shipping with delivery in Europe or in the Mediterranean area cost 20,00€, while the shipping cost for other countries is 30,00€.

The cost is fix and doesn’t change according to the quantity of shipped products.
2. What is the process lead time?
Your order will be processed and packed in 2 to 15 working days, depending on the time of the year and on the complexity of the product. Customized orders and special requests and/ora variations to standard products can extend the production times.
Orders made on Saturday, Sunday and during Italian holidays*, will be processed on the first following working day.
*Italian holidays are:
1st and 6th January
Easter day and and Ester Monday
25th April
1st May
2nd June
15th August
1st November
8th December
24th-26th December
The delivery times for orders received during specific times of the year (holidays or company non-working days) may be longer.
3. Who delivers the package and how long does it take?
TNT will take care of your shipping with Italy destination: you will receive a notification email when your order is shipped and it will probably be delivered in 1-2 working days.
Make sure there is someone who can receive the package at the indicated address in those days.
UPS will take care of shipping outside Italy, with variable shipping times according to the destination: you will receive a notification email when your packaged is shipped so that you can track the delivery.
Other shipping/deliveries during particular times of the year (holidays) could be longer for reasons beyond the Company’s will.
4. Do you need to receive your order urgently?
Are you leaving for holidays? Do you need to wear your garment for an event? Or is it a birthday present or for a special occasion? Write down in the “Notes” when you’d like to receive it and we’ll do our best to satisfy your request in line with the Company logistics and delivery times.
5. Where is your order shipped from?
All garments of our collection are entirely produced in Italy and shipped from our headquarters of Regina SRL in Bologna.
